Twinkle Has Her Dresses Custom Made

Monday, October 20th, 2008

Today’s Cartoon of the Day is Twinkle. Born to a wealthy family, Caroline Marie Stedman decided that she would live life as she wanted to- and that meant changing her name to Twinkle. Scampering around the city and country in a custom made emerald-sparkle dress, Twinkle spreads joy wherever she goes, as well as turning more than a few heads. If you want to make your world sparkle, join Twinkle and make an animated character as soon as possible- there’s only so long before it gets too cold for a dress like hers.

Can I Make A Cartoon Olympian?

Sunday, October 19th, 2008

If you’re anything like us, you have Olympic fever. There’s something amazing about the pageantry, the global passion, the athletes, and even the commercials. Of course, the most exciting part about the Olympics are the sports themselves. And that leads us to a very important question- can you make a cartoon olympian?

The answer is yes! How do you do it?

Cartoon accessories are the way. Once you build a cartoon, you can choose “accessories” for your cartoon to enjoy. One of the awesome categories is- you guessed it- sports. You can make your cartoon play soccer, basketball, tennis, and much much more. Want to make your cartoon a swimmer? Give him or her a pair of goggles. Want to let them run track? Make sure to break out the tennis shoes. Whatever sport you want your cartoon to play, you can make it happen. And just like the Olympics, it’s going to be a lot of fun.

Cinder Burns Easily

Saturday, October 18th, 2008

Today’s Cartoon of the Day is Cinder. A pale prince with a pleasant disposition, Cinder might seem like a goth cliche. But it’s the little things that help him stand out. A striped sweater gives him special character, while red shoes help his outfit to really pop. Cinder may look pale (and sunburn quickly), but he’s still tough and unique. Make your own avatar today and, hopefully, you can meet Cinder under pleasant circumstances.

How To Make A Cartoon ID

Friday, October 17th, 2008

Sure, it may not be legal in any way. But making an ID from a cartoon can be a fun way to show everyone- and we mean everyone!- what your cartoon looks like. So bust out your cartoon identity and then start making an ID!

  • Step One: Take a screenshot! It’s easy to do. First, take a “screenshot” of your cartoon. You can do this by pressing the “function key” on the bottom left of your keyboard and then pressing “Prt Sc” (the same key as “insert”). Now, open paint, Photoshop, or another image program and press the “Control” key and “V” key at the same time. The screenshot will show up!
  • Step Two: Crop it! Now, cut out everything you don’t want to print. You can cut this out within the image program, or you can do it on the paper itself. It’s your choice!
  • Step Three: Write it! Write all the other information you might need and print that out too. Try your cartoon name, your favorite color, or anything else you want.
  • Step Four: Tape it! Once you have your cartoon and info together, you have to secure them to each other. You can do this by taking pieces of scotch tape and putting them over your ID. It’s just like lamination, but easier!
  • Step Five: Bust it out! Now you have a cartoon ID! Show it to your family, friends, and anyone else. They’ll see the cartoon you away from the computer screen. We know they’ll like it, too.
