Wednesday, March 25th, 2009

So, you’ve gone ahead and made a cartoon. But now there’s a question- when do you change its wardrobe?

That’s when you need to change your cartoon’s wardrobe. A new hat, hair, or pair of pants can make things better. Are you willing to change your wardrobe even if you don’t have to?

If so, then get ready to have fun! Fill a cartoon wardrobe today!

You Try Being A Cartoon In This Economy

Tuesday, March 24th, 2009

Today’s Cartoon of the Day is Kiki. A fashionista at heart, Kiki used to want to make a quick profit. Her friend Bernard told her that he had a way to triple her money. It didn’t turn out to be true. Now Kiki’s sold her Louis Vuitton and exchanged it for a different designer that’s a barrel of laughs at high society balls and dinners. Kiki may not look as good as she used to. But at least the barrel does a good job of covering everything up. Want to make a cartoon that lives life more richly? Then create a cartoon you today!

What’s Your Cartoon’s Ambition?

Monday, March 23rd, 2009

Parents, friends, and crushes ask it all the time: What’s your ambition? What are you going to do with your life?

Well, believe it or not, your cartoons have the same problem. What’s the point of being a cartoon? What will your cartoon do in its life?

Fortunately, the answer for cartoons is a little easier to come by than the answer for people. For a cartoon, the only ambition is to make you happy.

That can mean a lot of things: it can mean expressing who you are, costuming what you’re like, or something in between. It can mean showing up, showing off, or showing more than you can handle. But no matter what, it’s about you having fun.

So that’s a cartoon’s ambition. What should yours be? We’ve got one idea: make a cartoon you today!

She’s Hatching A Plan

Sunday, March 22nd, 2009

Today’s Cartoon of the Day is Alspeth. Alspeth had supportive parents when she was a child, and as a result, she thinks a lot of her terrible ideas are great- including an online social network for wine-drinking volleyball players. Alspeth’s business sense may not be so hot, but at least her clothes are inspired. She sports pink striped tights and a lime green top that shows off her glowing hair. If that’s not enough, you can always find her with her pet chicken. Alspeth’s plans may not be inspired, but she is. Go ahead and meet your own animated entrepreneur- make a cartoon today!
