Today’s Cartoon of the Day is Berniece. She was invited to go to the annual Madoff investment ball being held by her Uncle. Unfortunately, he had to cancel the occasion due to a prior engagement. Even though the ball is busted, that doesn’t stop Berniece from attending and having a marvelous time. She’ll be dancing in the streets in a gown that screams glamour.
