Today’s Cartoon of the Day is Cindy. In happier times, Cindy spent her days traveling from boutique to boutique picking up new and wonderful items. If you look at her sparkling heels, cute skirt, and chic vest, you can tell she knew what she was doing. But now that the economy’s gone sour, she can’t buy as many amazing things, but even though she can’t buy them, it doesn’t mean she can’t go shopping.
