Today’s Cartoon of the Day is Katie. Katie’s always wanted to be a fashionista, but she’s never had her own unique sense of style. Unfortunately, she chose the wrong cartoon to copy. Even though her fashion flavor is a faux pas, Katie still has a few things going for her. Spiky green hair makes any look she dons funky and fresh.
