Today’s Cartoon of the Day is Jaques Claude. Due to a rare medical condition, Jacques Claude was raised in a hospital laboratory. On his 21st birthday, Doctors realized they’d mixed up his file with a patient in the veterinarian’s ward, and he wasn’t that unusual at all. Released into the wild, Jacques Claude is trying to catch up on his missing youth- and he looks interesting while doing it. Mashing Halloween, Mardi Gras, Sleepovers, and almost every other holiday into one outfit, he looks a little crazy.
